PADI Deep Diver Course

The PADI Deep Diver program is intended to serve as a safe, supervised introduction to deeper diving within the limits of recreational diving. The program will familiarize you with the skills, knowledge, planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards, and enjoyment of diving between depths of 18m to 39.5m. You will conduct dives from 24m to 39m from our boat Omega 2 off Sydney.

Divers wishing to participate in this program must:

  • PADI Advanced certification or equivalent
  • Have a current medical
  • Sign a PADI Waiver and Release form
You will need:

Mask, snorkel, fins and boots; Appropriate insulation; Dive cylinder; BCD; Regulator with alternate air source and bottom timer; 2 torches; Knife; Whistle; Surface Marker Buoy; Slate and pencil; and dive reel.

Nice to have: a Sling cylinder

The PADI Deep Diver program is designed to introduce you to deeper diving between 18m and 39m. It is for people who wish to learn deeper diving techniques and safety procedures.

The program consists of 4 boat dives over one week-end. Suitable for all divers with an Advanced certification.


Combine your Deep Scuba Diving Course with a PADI Wreck Diver course and save!

The PADI Wreck Diver program is a fun program designed to introduce you to enjoyable wreck diving. You will dive four popular wrecks while being introduced to the skills of wreck diving. All your dives will be off Omega 2.

The program is conducted over one weekend (the weekend following your Deep Scuba Diving Course)
